UK Scirocco Pick-Up Need Help

Sorry I don't speak German, but hi guys (and Girls)
i own a Scirocco GTX (pictured Below) and wonder does anyone know if anyone else has done the conversion, i thought of Cabriolet but decided that Pick-Up was the one to be seen with..
I used to own the UK's first Scirocco Scala with 90 Spec Bumpers so this was the way to go

Die Stoßstange sieht sehr nach Golf 2 aus. hat er ja auch oben geschrieben

Ok, was John eigentlich wissen will ist ob jemand so einen schon gebaut hat und ihm Tips geben kann - er wollte eigentlich einen Cabrio bauen, hat sich aber anders entschieden.

John, hope I can help translate here ... I've only ever seen a pic of that purple Scirocco truck, and I don't know of any others - I'm sure I would have seen it or heard about it :)

Good luck with that though .. remember the pics of the yellow Pshoppped one I posted on Vortex ... well, I've decided to go a whole different route.

Looks cool your pickup, as it's the first time I've seen it. Are you planning to bring it along to Castle Combe on the 12th October? I'll be bringing my Mk1, of course :)

looks like you`ve done a great job. I`ve seen a MK I pick-up years ago, but no MK II, yet. Above all a pick-up is very usefull, but i do prefere my convertible )

Hy Dirk,

hast Du Dein Cabrio umlackiert? Die Farbe war doch echt super, die Du hattest.
Ein Treffen wäre schon mal cool, aber erst wenn mein Baby wieder richtig läuft, erst muss noch die komplette 16V Elektrik umgerüstet werden.
Wann und wo ist den das Roadstar-Reffen?

@SciX: Roadstar ist vom 23. bis zum 25. Mai auf der "Heische Tip" Camping in einem Ort Zeeland in der Provinz Brabant in den Niederlanden (Zeeland liegt so ungefähr zwischen Nijmegen und Eindhoven, nahe Uden), an der N265 "Bundesstrasse". Werde selbst mit hoffentlich noch ein paar Leutchen von der Insel rüber kommen.
