So the story continiues
I had to prepare thingz for sandblasting
so everthing gone appart...till the last piece
thingz sorted
the originals, needed to be drilled
CW gone appart
old bearings out, new one in
those ugly bastards...
everything what was dome appart was sorted and put into plastic bag...total count of bags... around 8.000
because i need something to put the bearings in and out I did a DIY 20 T press - works perfect!
thatz all for now!

Long time no see.. I became a father so I didn't had that much time.
so doing same repair stuff on the 'anlasser'
and some parts came back from sand blasting
then I decide to pimp my brakes
and motor for fresh air
made some new flaps
and ordered new motor
welded protection for exaust
and started painting some stuff(this is only the first layer)... 6 layers of paint...that was painful
til next time
bye

I am back!
So new bearings need to be instaled, so I pressed them with my press
bought some new stuff
painted some stuff
renwed brakes, later I instaled new o-rings and everything
then the assembly of ventilation box started
the motor of ventilation wasnt working properly so i dissasembled it
i decided to install the bearings, which originally arent there
my father painted some parts for me
the rust was removed with ferrosan
new cooling fan
armaturbrett dissasembly
rear axle painted with 3 paint layer (out of six)
and other parts
enough for now...i hope there arent to many pictures
Bye bye
