Hohenroda review in English? No problem, copied and pasted from my report on the UK Sciroccoregister and the Corradoforum (lazy git that I am

):
"Back again from a truly stunning event of the calibre that I have never attended in my life before.
Never in my life have I seen that many Roccos and Rados all at one show without the usual Goofs and other "lesser cars" spoiling the views. This was a Karmann type 53 only event, and that's what we got.
I lost count, but due to the excellent weather we had another 40 cars or so turn up unexpectedly on Saturday alone, taking the total of Roccos and Rados up to well above 300
Everything was there, ranging from absolutely original to mad custom cars dating back to the classic 80s style Rado with LSD? Yup, was there. Fat bodykits making my Mk1 dwindle into insignificance? Yup, both Mk1, Mk2 and even Mk3 were present. Germans love modding, that's for sure. Heck, I grew up there.
Indoor swimming pool, breakfast buffet in the on-site hotel, looooads of German and even Austrian beer plus harder stuff (cherry wodka, rum, tequilla, that's where my memory fades ) all sampled
Met up with loads of my mates again, all happy to see my Rado back in action. The times I had to demonstrate the old ELRA again
Didn't take any piccies because I didn't have a good enough camera with me, plus I didn't have time, because I was busy chatting to everyone.
There should be loads here, though:

In summary: This is what an event should be like Wish we could pull something off like that in the UK. "
